Professionals can communicate directly with potential clients through a built-in messaging system, making it easy to answer questions, provide information, and build meaningful connections.

You will also have access to your own organized waitlist, allowing you to manage incoming inquiries and track potential clients in a way that works best for your practice or business.

Subscription & Payment Terms

By subscribing to a Professional or Business account on Disability Connection Hub, you agree to the following terms:

The subscription fee is $5.00 CAD per month, billed on a recurring monthly basis. Payment may be made using a valid credit card or PayPal account.

Your subscription will automatically renew each month on your billing date unless cancelled prior to renewal.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled renewal date.

No partial refunds or prorated amounts will be issued for unused time within a billing period.

By subscribing, you authorize Disability Connection Hub to process recurring monthly payments using your selected payment method until cancellation.

Disability Connection Hub reserves the right to modify pricing or subscription terms with reasonable notice to users.

Professional & Business Account Agreement

By applying for and maintaining a Professional or Business account on Disability Connection Hub, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

You confirm that all information you provide, including your name, qualifications, certifications, licenses, business details, and services offered, is accurate, truthful, and up to date. You represent that you are who you claim to be and that you are legally authorized to provide the services you advertise.

You understand that Disability Connection Hub does not independently verify all credentials or qualifications submitted by users. By using this platform, you accept full responsibility for the accuracy and legitimacy of your profile and any services you promote.

By applying, professionals are expected to treat users, families, and other providers respectfully, provide truthful information, avoid harassment, hate, intimidation, or discrimination, respect privacy and confidentiality, and use the platform in a way that supports safety and trust in the community.

You agree not to misrepresent your experience, credentials, scope of practice, or professional status in any way. Any false, misleading, or deceptive information may result in immediate removal of your profile and permanent suspension or banning of your account.

Disability Connection Hub reserves the right to review, remove, or restrict any account, listing, or content at its sole discretion if it is believed to violate these terms or compromise the safety, integrity, or trust of the community.

By proceeding, you acknowledge that you are solely responsible for your conduct, the services you provide, and any interactions or agreements made with users of the platform.
